Shipping and Delivery

 

 A. General terms of use and condition:

 

  1. We offer shipping only within India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. 
  2. Our products are shipped on the first Monday of every month excluding public holidays; in that case products will be shipped on the next working day. This is a conscious decision we have taken to reduce our carbon footprint. However, you may request us to ship earlier, if it is urgently required the please contact us for more details or write to us at connectingner@gmail.com   
  3. We offer free shipping for all orders above INR 2000
  4. Total shipping charges vary between INR 100 and INR 200 and will be calculated at checkout. Charges are based on the final weight and volume of the package to be delivered.
  5. We will not charge more than INR 200 for shipping regardless of the cart size. Except for pre-order, bulk and custom order size which will be informed to you in prior. Please contact us for more details or write to us at connectingner@gmail.com   
  6. Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pincode. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.
  7. During an on-going pandemic crisis and natural disaster, please expect delay in delivery.  

B. Delivery:

  1. All orders get processed from our warehouses in Guwahati and North Lakhimpur, Assam.
  2. It will take 2-15 days depending on the items ordered (especially for lamps and customised order)
  3. It is mandatory for all packages to be dispatched with tax invoices as per government regulations. Contact us, for more details.
  4. Within India, we ship through our registered courier partner- Shiprocket. 
  5. Our delivery partners will call you while making a delivery attempt. Please let them know your preferred date of delivery. They will attempt to deliver the package 2 times before they return it to us. 

 C. Order Tracking:

  1. You will receive a notification from our logistics partner once your order gets shipped.

D. Exchanges and Returns

  1. These products are handcrafted. The irregularities in colours, the knots from the special kind of manufacture are a natural feature of the product itself. Therefore, unevenness is considered as a special characteristic of the product and not as an imperfection or cause of complaint.
  2. No 2 pieces of the same product will look 100% identical.
  3. Images shown on the website can vary in terms of colour from the actual product itself.
  4. No exchange for discounted item(s). 

Exchange-  Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect product or product size was delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the confirmation email.
  2.  All item(s) undergoes careful and stringent quality checks before shipping. However, If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing defect. And, if you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please keep photographic evidence  as soon as you have opened the packaging. 
  3. If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our team within 3-5 hrs of delivery with the following information: – Order number – Delivery address – Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item. 
  4. A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2-3 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and the original tags are intact. 
  5. Once the item dispatched from your end reaches our warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time; 2 -15 days.

E. Refunds 

  1. We do not offer any refunds on order due to the time and labor taken to carefully handcraft each product.  
  2. Cash Voucher/Store credit will be offered, only when an item; returned to us will be examined to check for any damages etc. Please contact us, for more details.

F. Payments

  1. Connecting NER Pvt.Ltd payments are accepted through our payment gateway in Indian currencies only; INR. Availability of payments are through credit card, debit card, Net Banking, wallets etc.
  2. You can make GBP payments through PayPal.
  3. No COD (cash on delivery) is available.
  4. No cheque is accepted against any payment.
  5. If your card has been charged multiple times for the same order. We will refund the extra amount. Please contact us for more details or write to us at connectingner@gmail.com   

G. Order Cancellation 

If you wish to cancel your order within 24hrs of placing an order. Please contact us for more details or write to us at connectingner@gmail.com  

 H. Gift Note

Currently, we do not offer these services. Nevertheless, you can contact us and we can work something out on an individual case basis.
