- We offer shipping only within India and currently do not offer international shipping.
- Connecting NER offers free shipping to all its D2C customers. Shipping for wholesale products is as per actuals.

- Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order.
- All orders get processed from our warehouses in Assam.
- It will take 2-15 days depending on the items ordered (especially for lamps and customized order)
- Within India, we ship through our registered courier partner- India Post.
- You will receive a notification from our logistics partner once your order gets shipped.

Exchanges and Returns
These products are handcrafted. The irregularities in colours, the knots from the special kind of manufacture are a natural feature of the product itself. Therefore, unevenness is considered as a special characteristic of the product and not as an imperfection or cause of complaint.
No 2 pieces of the same product will look 100% identical.
Images shown on the website can vary in terms of colour from the actual product itself.
- No exchange or returns except if the product is damaged and we will exchange it for a brand new piece of the same product.
- If you have received a wrong product, we will require pictures to have a look at it ourselves. Once that is done, we will initiate the process of sending you the correct product while we will request you to please ship the wrong product back to us.
- We do not offer any refunds on order due to the time and labor taken to carefully handcraft each product.
- Connecting NER payments are accepted through our payment gateway in Indian currencies only; INR. Availability of payments are through credit card, debit card, Net Banking, wallets etc.
- No COD (cash on delivery) is available.
- No cheque is accepted against any payment.
