Domestic Delivery - Charges and Timing

Free shipping for all orders above INR 2000. Delivery will take 2-15 days depending on the items ordered (especially lamps) and pincode. Please expect delay in delivery given the COVID-19 situation in India.  

How do I track my order?

You will receive a notification from our logistics partner once your order gets shipped.

Where is my order processed from?

All orders get processed from Assam. 

Who will deliver my order?

We use India Post for all our domestic deliveries.

Do you offer in-store pick-up for online orders?

We do offer in-store pick-ups for online orders provided our customer visits us in North-Lakhimpur (Assam).

If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?

This totally depends on how soon you get in touch with us regarding this. We try to ship within 2 days of receiving an order and if your first order has already been shipped then we will not be able to meet this specific request.

What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions?

You can make payment in INR on Payment Gateway through credit card, Debit card, Net banking, Wallets etc. You can make GBP payments through PayPal.

What are the accepted payment methods for international transactions?

We do not offer international shipping currently.

How do I use Credit Notes, Gift Cards and Vouchers for making payments?

We do not offer these services currently but do contact us and we can work something out on an individual case basis.

What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?

Get in touch with customer support if issues persist.

Is my purchase eligible for exchange, and how do I exchange my purchase?

We request all our customers to be sure before they place their orders. Our website meticulously details out sizes of each item in inches. Hence, exchanges are only eligible if the customer has received a product different from what was ordered.

When will I receive the exchanged item?

Exchanged items will be delivered within 2-15 days post receipt of the returned item.

Each item returned to us for exchange or store credit will be examined by us as soon as we receive to check for any damages etc. We will either send a fresh item to replace the damaged, if that is the case, or else offer a credit voucher/store credit for the same. 

Product Care

Our products are made using natural materials but are varnished too in order to provide a lasting solution. Make sure you dust items on a regular basis pertaining to the increasing pollution in the air that might cover up your homewares. Try using these products in more open and ventilated spaces and not damp areas where air does not pass. Wiping by using a damp cloth is the easiest way to clean the products. 

If your product does get wet somehow, do try air drying it, for a bit under the sun too, so that it does not warp.

Please be informed that handmade items we exhibit all our products, via pictures, to the best of our abilities and with much authenticity. Handmade items carry beautiful imperfections and slight irregularities once received, which is a natural outcome of the process of handcrafted items. No two pieces will ever look 100% identical.
