Can I use Eureka in embedded platforms
Using Spring Boot, I’m having an trouble with Eureka service discovery.
I’m using spring-cloud-starter-netflix-eureka-client as a dependency.
I have a standalone server with embedded Tomcat. It can be deployed on any server.
I want to use Eureka in this server.
I created EurekaInstanceConfig, and registered a service with Spring Cloud Eureka.
But then, no Eureka info can be found.
I tried to override it as a localhost or with the IP of the embedded server, it doesn’t work.
I would like to know if it’s possible to have Eureka in an embedded server.
One way of doing it is to have both the server embedded and the client cloud server.
Cloud server will have a public IP and will register its service with Eureka, and the server you want to use Eureka with is embedded and will have a private IP and it will get the service from the cloud instance.

The sequence of the enzyme was determined by cDNA cloning, which revealed open reading frames encoding a 32 kDa protein composed of 301 amino acids with a calculated molecular mass of 33,394 Da. The complete amino acid sequence of the 32-kDa subunit of the enzyme was then determined by a combination of amino acid sequencing and Edman degradation, and this revealed the characteristic Zn(2+)-binding structure of the HEXXHXXGXXH type metallopeptidase. In addition, we found that the enzyme was composed of two distinct 32-kDa subunits, forming a heterodimer.
